About Us

We are Lepman Properties and we have been in the property management business since 1979. We have properties all over the Albany and Lebanon areas. We strive to maintain a nice, comfortable, and clean environment for all our properties. We have many floor plans and units that range in rent prices from the low end to the higher end of the market. We provide excellent maintenance and property care to assure your housing experience with us is upscale. We strive to select pleasant and clean residents so all neighbors and tenants may enjoy a high quality of living. We have a full staff to maintain your unit and take care of any needs you may have at the property. We have people that live in your community so they know that your living space is important to you, because it is important to us.

Another Highlight Point

In 2003, Scott and Spencer Lepman started the renovation of an old seed warehouse that was built in 1904. This year, Spencer Lepman started the largest housing development in downtown Albany in forty years. The renovation of this old “Murphy’s Seed Warehouse” is expected to open in the Spring, 2005. This project qualified as Albany’s first Urban Renewal Project. The new project will be known as Jefferson Lofts. The project required lifting the building 6’ in the air to make repairs. The new project will create 16 new apartments; two apartments will have bedrooms overlooking Albany. Completed 2005 and occupied. Fall 2005 there was a ribbon cutting ceremony and publicity photos. With future plans to develop a waterfront site down by the river at the corner of Water Street and Jefferson, we will continue to renovate properties that create beauty and Urban Area Renewal. We want to be part of future progress in the riverfront community areas of Albany.
