Print any of these forms you need. Fill them out completely and return them to our office for processing. You need to be familiar with all the information on the screening criteria form and read and sign the application processing fee form.
Rental Application
If you are interested in any of our renal units you will need to print this form along with the Application Processing Fee Form. Also review the Application Screening Criteria, which details the application process, and the criteria used to determine eligibility for our rentals. The Rental Application and the Application Processing Fee Form need to be filled out in ink, signed and returned to our office for processing. When turning in the Rental Application you will need to bring in your picture ID and Social Security Card for identity verification, prior to the criminal background and credit check being done.
Application Processing Fee Form
This form is to be turned into the office along with the Rental Application when applying to rent a unit. This form details what the processing fee is used for and whom we use to run your credit and criminal background check.
Application Screening Criteria
This document needs to be reviewed by all prospective tenants prior to filling out the application. It details the criteria we review in order to make a decision regarding your potential tenancy.
Current Openings
This is a summarized listing of current vacancies along with units on notice that will detail location, price and required move-in fees.
Cleaning List
This checklist is intended to assist all our tenants on the expectations of cleaning their units at move out.
Maintenance Request Form
If a tenant requires any repairs this form must be filled out, signed and dropped by our office. Additional forms are available at our office. This is a maintenance request form for tenant to complete when repairs are needed. You must be home or give permission for us to enter. If the repairman must return at another time you could be charged for the service call.
30 Day Notice
This form will serve as an official 30 day notice of intention to vacate unit.

This list provides tenants with phone numbers to contact regarding and utility services that may be needed.
